Michał is the Leader & Chief Operating Officer at Onchain AG, a Web3 research company focused on uncovering real-world applications of blockchain technology.
At Onchain, Michał combines strategic leadership with hands-on research, helping shape the company’s direction while investigating how psychological, technological, and macroeconomic forces interact in the Web3 ecosystem. His core focus lies in understanding why people adopt innovation, how psychology influences it, and where Web3 really fits – or doesn’t.
Michal is also a PhD and Assistant Professor at the University of Łódź, where he teaches courses on digital marketing, analytics, and behavioral finance. His academic research bridges psychology, technology, and marketing – with a strong focus on cognitive biases and human-tech interactions.
Previously, he led content and strategy at both Web3 and non-Web3 companies, including Questus, Ramp, Lisk, Lightcurve, and Cryptiony. Finally, he’s also the author of two books: Błędy poznawcze w content marketingu (ENG: Cognitive Biases in Content Marketing) and Przyszłość marketingu (ENG: The Future of Marketing), both exploring the interplay between psychology, marketing, and technology.
